The publishing ministry established by Wayne and Donna Walley continues under the authority of Bible Baptist Church, Oak Harbor. It remains fully equipped and committed to supplying sound preacher-training curriculum, discipleship and Bible lessons, tracts, and song books to the Baptist churches in the Philippines and beyond.

The ministry is operated by Brother Jose Algerico Pillazo (Gerico) and his wife Anne, a dedicated and skilled Christian couple. Gerico and Anne were trained by Wayne and Donna Walley, and the ministry is underwritten by, and reports to, Bible Baptist Church.
